Court said you can't legally call me that. Please read the judgement.

your house? or someone elses house? in houston? in PA?

you've piqued my curiousity with such an open ended statement about "house plans"...

building huh? well at least let me know what it is planned to look like, please.

One day I want to own a carriage house style (google it), but it basically consists of the entire lower floor being garage or shop space with meager accommodations above it. that's what i want if i were to build. so im curious about what you want to build.

Just looking but something like these

    https://www.pennwesthomes.com/homes...stic-master-suit/hr161al/t-ranch/?home_id=605

    https://www.pennwesthomes.com/homes/pennwest-ranch-modular/stratford/ht101a/t-ranch/?home_id=1772

This one too but I don't think I could afford it
    http://www.championhomes.com/retailers/pa/wexford/paragon-land-development/bridgewater

I was also looking at carriage style houses but I didn't find the exact plan I wanted yet and I'm too early in the process to start paying someone to design it.

DUH lol. jk these probably require a custom builder not one like you are looking at which is selecting the builders already planned homes... or thats what i was gathering was happening.

They are modular homes. I don't really want to wait around a year or so for a custom home to be built so I was just exploring my other options.
