@dark vader trd pro Your bumper is done as well. I got a couple sets of sliders to build and will all ship out on monday. Doing the shipping paper work right now.

@ogg I can't remember where we were chatting at. Am I still holding on your front and rear?

I have up to #18 cut out.

I have kinda a dumb question. Do you recommend 3" or 4" fog lights? The hole is right in the middle, and I don't know which would look better. I'm leaning towards the PIAA 4", but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I agree with Andrew on the LEDs. If you've already got OEM fog lights, the low draw of the LEDs will allow you to use your factory harness. PIAA LEDs would work if you want PIAA.

So I got my bumper today and I called a bunch of powder coat places and nobody bed lines. So I found a auto body shop that does it so I went to get a price and the guy tells me 650 minimum. I laughed and walked out so now I'm back to square one lol... I don't really have time to do it myself because of work anybody have any ideas I tried a bunch of other places around but no ones knows who does it or they don't do it

The guy also explained that if he doesn't grind the rust off it will rust under the Bed liner faster not sure if that's true or not but there is minimal rust in the bumper I just got it lol

yeah, should always remove any surface rust, comes off pretty easy. I prep mine with acetone before primer, most of the rust just wiped off. you have to degrease too before a new coating

Just spray it with bedliner yourself it'll be roughly $40-$50 max I would say

can someone post up the best procedure for painting/bed-lining bare aluminum? Acetone, degrease, prime, paint? in that order? I plan to do mine but don't know what the best process is for bare aluminum.
    Thanks for any info.
