I haven't gone out to play around with it yet, but I don't see why a few zip ties wouldn't work. Temporally at least. Until @Thesandaddict , comes through with mounts for us. Very generous by the way, addict. I'll pay it forward. Always do! I'll bring you a box of wine anyway. haha

when yall say skids, are you guys rocking full steel skids? I opted for aluminum since I didnt plan on doing some serious rock climbing... those steel fuckers are heavy!

Aluminum is better than stock, but full protection would require steel

I went steel to ensure protection to my guts. King of the Hammers guys go aluminum for weight conservation but they change them out every race. I don't have that kind of dough. For light to moderate wheeling aluminum will be fine.

I know mall crawlers don't need skids.. That's why I thought I'd get by fine without them.:notsure:

For sure. Steal is real. 3/16" steel vs 1/4" aluminum. For sure wise to go steel on the gas tank and diff.

I've hit my pumpkin a few times on our last outings, definitely one of the first skids I"m going to invest in. I've seen ones for the factory e-locker as well

Yup. I'm still trying to decide if I'll just sell my truck once I pay it off and buy a 4wd or just keep this and SAS. Definitely staying on 33"s though.

    Edit: 500th post

Word. Coming from the other way at night I went to the left (the route you took) and cleared it. Funny how trail obstacle drastically change from different approaches.

I have to stop by the driveshaft shop to see if they can do something about my 65-70 mph vibe and weird on an off buzzing on the freeway. Best way to describe it is like having one window open on the freeway
