I'm at work and the lighting in the parking garage isn't the best, so I took several pictures. I hope this helps!

After going to dealer who sent me to a body shop to add the crappy foam glue to my flexing hood . That made it 50% better . I went back to the dealer and they snugged up the hood stops . This did no good at all .
I hopefully fixed it myself with liquid nails . I did every open gap in all areas , even the ones that I did not see a problem .
My worst area was about 12 inches in front of the windshield , off center to the drivers side . I t flexed with the slightest bump.
It has been 20 hours and I can press on it from inside the hood and it seems to be fixed for good. Liquid nails is supposed to remain flexible to allIMG_0697.jpg ow for temp. changes etc. We will see.
It takes 7 days for it to fully cure so I cannot paint it until then . My local auto body supply will make a spray can for me for $20 . it really is not needed but what the heck .

My guess is the windows / doors /profile looks very similar to the 2nd gen and someone stoop up in a meeting and said, why not put some black vinyl between the doors and everyone applauded.

Swapped out the rear diff and xfer case fluids @8.5k. OEM fluid looked pretty clean, but wanted to move to Redline Synthetic (75w-90 GL5). A bit of fuzz on the magnet, but about what would be expected. Xfer case got Redline MT-90 (75w-90 GL4). Will hit the front diff soon, but no rush as it has not gotten much use yet.

Reach inside the grill and gently press the 3 tabs inward. The emblem will slide out.

About 2" of lift with the amount of preload I want to run, but I'm not worried about the lift as much as I am the function.
