    . Thanks man

    Thanks it's been tough.

. It wasn't easy but definitely worth it. I lost about 100 in the first 5 months and then things slowed down quite a bit.

    thank you.

All the time but no headaches. To be fair I eat a crap ton of protein. But I've been doing a keto style the last few days and it's been fine so far. But I've been hungry like ridiculous hungry.

I think I had headaches too when I did keto for a little bit. It should go away eventually. Drink lots of water

Yep. Had headaches when I was doing my low carb diet. It happened for the first week or so, then it stopped.

Like Paulo said, drink a lot of water and it should help some with the headache.

So, apparently today was national shoulder day in the gym. Everyone was doing them. It was kinda cool because I had 2 guys go behind me and do exactly what I was doing during my whole workout. I've seen them in here a couple times, but you can tell they don't really know what they're doing most of the time. So, I kind of took that as a compliment.

Those are my favorite kind of people. I always notice them checking me out in the mirror and then they usually wait until I've gone a couple exercises further before they start to copy. You can just do it right after. There is a fine line between creep and admirer.

What ingredients have you seen the best success with? Do you flavor it at all? As I mentioned before, I'm going to try beta alanine, citrulline malate, caffeine tabs, and creatine to see how it works. And I agree 100% on being able to customize based on what's needed.

Never thought it about it but I have 3 of those 4 in my cabinet. All I'm missing is flavoring and citrulline malate

I picked up a thing of it in bulk from Amazon for around $18. I still wasn't sure about flavoring.

I'll let you know how this stuff works for me.

Are you guys taking creatine on days off? I got me some c4 and I feel like it works. Just doing 1 scoop for now and I can say that I can push myself harder, but I can also feel my body saying "no go bruh". I can lift the weight but I don't feel like I can't lift it. Does that make sense? So I can push my body further within reason of course, and knock out my set. I think I was able to get 1 or 2 more reps in where as before I was just burning out and not able to do anything.

Also, did legs and got spaghetti legs and am still walking like I'm about to shart LOL

What do you guys recommend for citrilline? Been looking into it and seems like they mix some with creatine and helps your body recycle the lactic acid. But GNC doesn't have powder stuff only tablets.

And the pump! Feel so swoll!

If you are taking creatine, you should be taking creatine on your days off. However, while C4 has creatine nitrate in it, I wouldn't really call using C4 "taking creatine." The pump and energy you are feeling is a result of the combination of ingredients, but mainly from the caffeine. If you really want to start taking creatine, I would buy some creatine and use it in addition to what is found in your pre-workout.

ETA: IIRC, you are relatively new to weightlifting. If that is the case, I would not jump right into using creatine. Pre-workout is good, but I would ride the new gainz train for as long as I could before I started using other supps.

Gotcha. Yes fairly new but I'll keep the creatine in mind for days off.

The first time I took creatine I hated it. I just had to pee all the time because of all the water you're suppose to drink with it. I didn't put any weight on and quit taking it. This was when I first started lifting though(5ish years ago)...

I've been taking it for the last few months now and it's been better. I was holding on to weight better (been shedding a lot recently bc of increased cardio in this heat wave we are having) but I don't take it on off days. I'm supp free on days I don't lift (which is usually weekends)...

Well guys been about a week with the new higher calorie diet. And a steady lifting schedule (since my hours aren't all crazy like they were on the ship) weighing in first thing after I pee I put on 3.5lbs since my weigh in last Thursday! Feeling good about it. I can see and feel a difference already. Feels good to be home! Now just to not fuck it up over the weekend!
