    Anyone make a video of this install? Just curious of the the holes requiring "adjustment" to get a perfect fit. Want to study up in the next 8-12 weeks!

    I think this is what you are talking about ...
    ALSO some of the bolts will not sit flush to the insert due to the angle of the bezel. If you want them flush you can open the plastic holes up on your surround mainly the top hole in the center is the one it's just too small of a hole it needs to be slotted down some. simply taking a nail andheating it up and melting the hole downsome will work great. or a dremel workswell.

    I think it's just saying to make the hole bigger on the surround,mainly top middle one

    Only if needed I've installed 5 and only one of them needed that hole opened up there is just some small inconstancy's with the injection molding of the surround where the hole could be about .020" smaller from a little burr in it. You could really just thread the bolt onto it if you wanted as well.
