Handled through the Kaena Point mud and rocks with no issues. Just got stuck in the thick, soft sand. They were on my Prerunner as you quoted. Sold them on the Prerunner with the Pro Comp wheels. Miss them so much, I now have them on order for my TX Baja for the TRD 16" wheels. Haha! They look great, too. Aggresive without the road noise.

    Thanks for the insight!
I just purchased the TRD Pro wheels and am leaning towards the KO2's, like most folks, but the price on those are hard to swallow.
These are much cheaper and look great, but I haven't seen many people talk or post about them.
My other 2 choices I'm looking at are the Cooper Discoverer AT3 & the Falken Wildpeak AT3W.

I'm looking for an tough, beefy, aggressive looking tire that will see minimal OR work (Annual Hunting trips to WV & maybe some beach visits once or twice a year) but are good on the road (not rough and noisy).

All great choices. Depends on what you like (as far as looks and how much noise you're willing to accept), and how much you're willing to pay or what's available for you. Again, I was pretty happy with the ATZP3's on my Prerunner. I didn't have them for too long but I got another deal on them for my Baja...we'll see how they go and how long they last.

Gents...for those of you contemplating off-road lighting, I highly recommend Rigid. Yes they're pricier, but they stand behind their product. Case in point. All my rock lights are having an issue with the lens heating up and bubbling. I've had them on for almost 2 years now. They still work, but the bubbling concerned me. Sent a pic to Rigid and they are replacing all 6...free! Can't say enough about their reputation and standing behind their product. Not to mention their customer service and turn around..

Walk the trails over by Alan Davis and get back in there. No cars no street lights.

I finally made it to Oahu a few days ago and the night scene of the island gets me every time on the plane, amazing view of the lights and land!
My truck is currently on ocean transit (Matson), estimate pick up is next Monday, hopefully no damage involved.
Need to get my windows tinted along with all the legal works, should be fun.

Ill probably post up a new thread but I figured I would ask now while Im here. Anyone know of a place for rent in Honolulu, possibly pearl city? I would like to stay under $1,800 a month, open to Condo, studio and apartment... Also any useful information about renting in Hawaii would be greatly appreciated. I am currently staying with family but would like to find a place by the end of October

    thanks J
