No pics today. Mechanic was taking the springs off the 5100 that was put together wrong. I could tell he was having some trouble with it so I walked off. Ended up with a 5100 in two pieces. The shaft pulled out of the body of the strut!!! So they have to get me another 5100. Should be done Monday or Tuesday.

The company I work for does a ton of business with this shop so in the mean time I'm driving the shop owners raptor .. So it's not all horrible.

Ok guys lift is done. I picked it up Monday but just now found time to upload pics and measurements. I'm happy with it so far.. Of course I have a slight shudder on take off and a vibe from 20-40 that I'm sure will go away with the ecgs bushing.

    image_zpszzxzquyn_d368e6eea13aeb55e15209e0f07a363aee9bdb29.jpg

Measurments came out exactly how I wanted

22 1/2" on both sides in the front
23 1/2" on both sides in the back

I really like having some rake in it.

I was just asking because I have an AC 4x4 with 884s/5100s and a progressive 3 leaf AAL and I had to set the front to .85 in order to sit about where yours is. I guess the progressive leafs add more lift that the single leafs.

I put em in a about 3 weeks ago. This is how my truck looked before I set the billies to .85. It had 2 inches front rake.

Dang you got the same lift or more out of your 884 than I did with my 885 and Wheelers 3 Leaf without Overload spring. Looks good man.

Looks nice - I like the rake as well. Don't quote me on this but don't think the EGS bushing will address your take-off shudder. I thought that was for the front diff needle bearing "howl". Your shudder may be a driveline angle issue - carrier bearing drop or 3 degree pinion shim may be the solution there.

Mine has a barely noticeable shudder at take off right from the start. Not enough to even concern me but I did develop the front diff howl - that has mysteriously gone away...... I think it's mostly in my head to be honest. Anything I do something to the truck I'm hyper sensitive to any freaking clank or creak and "vibes".

Yeah that's what I meant about the bushing. I knew it would help with the front. I may just live with the shudder because it's not really that bad.
I'm the same way when it comes to rattles and noises. I can't stand it..

Looks good! Sucks for the shudder and vibe. Question, how does the vibe and shudder feel? I'm asking because I'll be installing the same set up as yours and i just want to be aware of how those symptoms feel.

It's not horrible. Just a kind of shake when taking off in the rear of the truck up until about 5mph. Then it goes away. Guess a CB drop is in my future. And the vibes are more of a rotational deal. 99% sure it's the bushing. I feel it in my feet more than anything

I just did the same lift on my truck, got the kit from Headstrong.
5100's on all four corners, 884's, and the single AAL.
Got the same measurements as you afterwards, but I have no shudder or vibrations.
    Ride is 100% better.
