I had an MK6 GTI before my Fiesta. Turbo went out at 46k miles but was replaced under warranty. I miss that car

Disappeared for a while my bad. Most recent thing though with my Tacoma it took a shit on me....... It is Ten years old and less then 96k miles on it. This year alone I had to replace my passenger side front suspension 300+. My 4x4 seals went bad and replaced those 700+. Now we are over 1000 right but wait! I went trailing last weekend and was rolling trail seemed a little nice though hey lets pop in 4H I flip the switch moving forward and slow as I am suppose too. To find on my cluster my 4H symbol and 4LO lights are blinking like a blinker. So I get it into 4H with more effort then I should and use it. After trail is over I think must been a one time fluk. Well I am rolling forward again and slow a flip the switch off and things wont comply. So I take it to my manic that I trust. Looks at it and is like yap your 4x4 cant remember part name is bad. Cool 700+ bucks. Then they pop it in and my switch shorts out. They eat it and buy me a new one. The switch and part both short out. WHAT!? Why? Well turn out the part under my glove box went bad too and all three things went bad in a chain reaction.... So my guy eats the switch and the part and is like no worries we are not charging you for these parts or labor.. But the module that is bad that we figured out too is 600+ dollars and it is needed to fix the whole problem. I am like well shit lets not fix it and I will never go into 4X4 again. Cant this module is hooked up or related to the on board computer system and not fixing it will short the computer.... So now 1600+ for this stuff and hoping it all gets fixed. Now this year alone in repairs I am over 2500 dollars just wanted to share

The MK7 GTI was a nice car, fast! But it had issues that would have made Smitty have an aneurism. That's why I only had it for 8 months and 3000 miles.

This is what I got rid of for my taco. Had it for 5 years and only had 30k on it. It was a fun car for sure. 20140304_165132.jpg

Costco in east mesa has Warsteiner octoberfest cases 19.99. After I had this a couple years ago it immediately became one of my favorites. I definitely recommend.

Yeah mazdaspeed3. I don't have a work vehicle, just didn't put a bunch of miles on it. For the first 3 years of its life my wife and I carpooled to work so we put more work miles on her Mazda 6.

Right on, once the lift is on and my sliders from Avid are done we'll have to hit up some trails and grab a brewskowski. Discount is upsizing me to 275/70r17 KO2's for just the price of labor.

Yeah I don't blame you. It was a little rocket though. I had it fully bolted and stage 2 tuned. I wish they would have made them awd.
