    I dont know what time we will get there but yes if you go through and then start the trail you will cross the two water crossings and then come up to some boulders that will thin out who can do the trail. I cant remember how far from there but you will come across an opening and to your righ there will be an area to camp. Thats where i am planning on camping

    Cool, just looked at the map and i think i have a good understanding of the clearing... looks like about 400 ish yards from the second creek crossing. I'll swing out there and run with you guys - I just don't have my OBA yet.

I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
    It's only a light bulb when you hold the title to your truck. Otherwise it's an open candle flame. Get financially careless which is easy & you'll get (badly) burned. I bought a model yr. 2000 in Jan 2008 for 1/3 original sticker price. Held off on anything beyond scheduled maint' until a few months after I had it paid off & title in hand. Then I had the Toytec Ultimate (3") lift kit, an ARB Deluxe 'Roo Bar & a Warn VR-10000 winch put on it. No doubt joining this site has been the most expensive hobby I've ever had. Putting the supercharger on this spring has made the monetary total for mods & upgrades surpass my original sale price, incl. financing, of the 4Runner itself.

    I primarily blame FirePony & to a lesser extent MrOptimist for luring me in. :drevil:

    New front diff goes in tomorrow morning, and then I'll swap out the rear. Should be pretty easy compared to the front. Hoping to get it to my buddy's to weld in the tubs on Saturday. My goal is to have it ready to rock for the Toytec meet in a couple weeks.

    And then I have to get it to some local dude for my sliders :D

    @ 3378jakesr5: The clearing after the 2nd water crossing on MSV is almost the whole of MSV. What about the big clearing on the north side of MSV about 700 yds. west of the seasonal gate? (See map) There should be plenty of room for everyone to park however needed.

    I cant find what gate your talking about and im nit talking anout the huge open spot you can see on the map ( i dont think.) i thought i remembered it being fairly close to the begining but there has been a car accident sense then so maybe im just crazy. @WJeeper do you remember? Zipe line camp site.
