    Working on it now....UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Allow plenty of time for the install. I allocated 2 full days and it was every bit of the 2 days for me.

you no matter what have to trim the front, with my setup, I have the maxtracs, Icons, and 2" wheel spacers and I barely rub my cab mount; any articulation and I start rubbing the mount. but with 5" in the rear, you really honestly wouldnt have to cut the rear fender. but im pretty sure full compression youll probably hit it. I just took 2" out of mine. But I have rear glass and only like 3.5" in the rear so cutting and fenders were a must lol. GET GEARS BEFORE THE 35s lol....seriously...youll thank me in the long run haha. I went from a 31.6 to a 34.6" tire and at first I didnt notice the power difference, but after having the tires on for a year as of today, I can really tell how bad it actually is. 4.56s will help you out a lot with getting your power back to factory

In my front I have maxtracs sway-away coils and 2" spacers. Looking into 35x12.5 nitto m/t with 18x10 wheel. If I have to get 33s I will
I'm currently on 31.8" bfg a/t factory wheels and think they look small so don't know if 33s is enough because I don't want the truck to look like the tires are to small.

im just gonna say this, if you expect not to cut anything with 35s....you shouldnt put 35s on your truck. only way to do that is to do a 6" lift, which isnt too hard to do with your setup...BUT you WILL still have to chop the cab mount, absolutely no way around it. especially with a 35" mud terrain, its naturally a tiny bit bigger than an 35" AT like mine, so youll run into a little more issues than I am. But with the lift you are wanting, 33s are gonna look tiny on your truck. 35s and 6"+ will help clear them with minimal cutting

Thanks for the input, luckily I work at discount tire so I can bolt up a 35 and see what problems I run into before I make final decision.

All Pro expedition leaf springs will give you 4" & their standards will give you 3". So you could add the standards to the blocks you already have or do the expos with a 2" block.

@SpruceTaco would know more since his truck sits a good bit higher than mine does lol, I prefer less lift and more travel lol. hence when I installed my spindles I dropped my coilovers to right about factory height lol. This is where my coilovers sit. my driver side actually needs to come down a bit because I raised it too much trying to fix the taco lean lol

Yeah I rub my cab mounts occasionally, mainly at full lock in reverse, when I have a cab full of people or if the front gets stuffed. I still want to max my 5100's out & see how that goes but will probably have to do the cab mount chop.

If your using the BAMF filler plates use it as a template to mark out the cut. If not, keep in mind you dont have to cut back all the way to the frame.
Cut back as far as possible twords the outer edge as thats where the tire rubs most. When welding in the filler plates, keep a bottle of water close because the coating will catch.

Have a cold beer and relax...
