    Is there a trick to getting the light bar tight? I hope to have time to try again this weekend. It could be that I was just tired of jacking with it that day.

    Are you using the right hardware? What LED are you using?

    If it is the Cali Raised then you should have used the small bag of hardware that shipped with the mounts. The bolts are shorter than those shiped with the LED and allow you to tighten it down correctly. The longer bolts with the LEDs are for the thicker generic mounts and will bottom out inside the LED before getting tight on my mounts.

    I will check it out. I know I have short and long bolts. It's a Cali Raised bar I got from you as part of a combo back in like Feb. In my haste that day I probably grabbed the long ones.

    The hardware in the LED box has short and long bolts. But in the mount box there was a bag with even shorter bolts, flat washers and lock washers. That is the hardware you need. All of the hardware in the Cali Raised box is for the generic mount and can go in the trash as none is used for the install!
