Added the SaBellCo tailgate lock v2.0. Put some Rem oil on it and it slid right on, less than 3 minutes to install. Added some loctite to the screw for added security.

Any chance you paid for it with a credit card? If so many cards have a 90 day policy for accidental damage loss, etc.

I greased my driveshaft a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I have a 2015 and literally only found 3 Zerk fittings. Is this the case on the 2015's?

That's a bummer. They mentioned in the instructions that if you use there mounts that have the 3M tape on the back you need to apply adequate pressure for a few minutes because the tape is pressure activated. Shoot them a email and explain your situation and let them know your a TW member and maybe they will hook you up.

The term "leveling kit" is thrown around as a broad, general term. And for whatever MY opinion is worth, I don't care for it. About 98% of the people "leveling" their trucks aren't really after "level".

Suspension needs to have a sense of balance front and rear. Raising the front almost always stiffens the front if only a slight amount.....And the rear is already too spongy on Tacoma's....Stiffen the front only and you make a marginal situation worse.

The bulk of the spacer lift "leveling kits" raise the front with a puck spacer and the rear with a block. NEITHER add anything to stability or load carrying capacity. All they do is raise the truck a slight bit. That MAY be all you're after.

Personally, I'd rather spend just a tic more and IMPROVE the truck. Better (or at least NEWER) shocks....Better coils, additional carrying capacity in the rear via AAL or a complete new spring package.

Jacking up a truck by cranking up spring preload is a recipe for a harsh ride. Adjustable shocks shouldn't be over used IMHO. Bilstein 5100's work BEST when they are left at 0" and use a LONGER COIL to lift instead of ratcheting down a stock coil. A SLIGHT increase by using the first or second position on a 5100 is "OK" (just not great) IMHO.

On MOST Tacoma's, the line in the sand seems to be about 2" to 2-1/2" lift before you need new upper control arms. I'm lucky...I went 3" total lift and still got great alignment numbers with stock UCA's. The higher the lift and the bigger the tires, the more caster is required to make the truck track straight. I got 3 degrees + caster with stock UCA's. I understand that is the exception rather than the rule.

So....Just my opinion again, but I'd look at a 1-1/2" or 2" rear AAL to improve rear load capacity, then a decent shock such as Bilstein 5100's or OME's and a OME coil that gives your truck 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" front lift.

About 2" is perfect for not having issues with getting the truck aligned as well as VSC/ABS activation. Keep in mind though that you will be limited to 265/75R16 tires with zero rubs anywhere.

3 degrees on stock UCA's are like unicorns. I've lifted a handful of Tacomas, 4Runners, and FJ and best we can get for caster was between 2-2.5 with lifts varying from 1.75"-2.5. I don't usually lift over 2.5" due to CV boot issues.

I do recommend 5100's, OME 884's, or Toytec/Wheelers coils and a single AAL for a mini lift. I found the progressive leafs tend to be on the soft side.
