    Not surface rust, but I do notice after I wash or it has rained there is rust residue around the bolts/screws. This can be easily wiped away with a moist detail rag.

    Only spot where I have seen a little spot is around the bolt head that made contact w
    I noticed this too. I think its either the bolt/ or where it made contact with the grill(maybe scrapping some powder coat off underneath bolt head?)
    Either way, no big deal like you said..wipes off. Just stay proactive.

    It's not the bolt most likliy it's the powder being scraped off when installing it. I've over sized the holes even more from the first few that shipped out so the powder doesn't get scraped when installed. If you remove the bolt and put on a little clear touch up paint to the hole it should take care of that.
