Being you're the record holder on here, im gonna follow you to see when and if you have any kinds of issues. Highly doubt you will though. Im well aware toyota isn't what it used to be but im positive these are still great trucks. Edit- now I just realized you have the 4 cylinder. I had an 06 4 cyl for 150k 9 years. Only issue was a u joint failure. I guess im following treehugger now

Haha, Idk about tree hugger. Just a bit less expensive to maintain with the miles I drive. I will post updates on any failures. My brother had a thread in a previous Gen forum with his high mile taco. I think he's almost to 500k. When I hit 75 or 100k I will post a review thread and update that. Someone might catch me if they drive over 1k+ a week. :)

Bought in October, currently at 29K. I usually average 40K a year but should have a company car in 6 months and I'm going to park the Tacoma except for weekend use.

Bought in 05/2016 and just turned over 1600 miles. Living in the smallest state does have some advantages. ;)

I am catching you with my sr. I have 22k and bought it in April. And no problems dealer changes oil every 5000. And I have one free change left. Then I'll be changing oil my self every 10k with Mobil 1. Last 2011 tacoma went 200k with no problems.

No BRO-ness to speak of... Well, except Kbro2's
Bought in Feb 2016 22,500 miles. Overall.... LOVE the truck. 4WD with CRAWL Control is AMAZING! Downside... HATE the 6 speed automatic transmission. The TSB they came out with is a joke. It corrected the shift lag from P to D but did NOTHING to address the ridiculous amount of gear hunting that these trucks do on the interstate and or any hill whatsoever. Fuel mileage is HORRIBLE above 65 mph as well, which is 95% of my driving. I NEVER average better that about 16.5 mpg. Last gripe.... WTF is with the dash acrylic??!!!! I have never used anything on it other than Spray Away glass gleaner lightly misted on a microfiber and it looks like i clean it daily with 80 grit sand paper. If the sunlight is directly on it you might as well guess at whatever you were looking to find out!

Treehugger may not have the most miles on a v6 but most of his miles are rough logging road miles on a regular basis. That's one way to put any truck to the test. Time will tell. What would really be cool is if someone with money to piss away could buy one and just thrash the dog chit out of it and see how long it holds up

Took a trip to Orlando, 1150 miles. Consistent 72mph cruise at night. Went up to 24.6 at one point but 24.1 was what it was at most of the trip.

    V6, no mods

That's pretty impressive. Can't help but notice that you've only gone through 1/8 tank and you're doing 62. Is that what you regularly see?

No, I didn't want to run into the bushes so I took her off the cruising and try driving with one hand and fumbling with the iphone in my other hand. Still I ran over the rubble strips which woke my wife up with a barrage of questions if I fell asleep at the wheel. This was like 4:30AM about South Of The Border on I95.

Just realized the thread is about the highest mileage and not the highest gas mileage

I trash mine on a weekly basis. Although I'm only at 15k. No failures yet, beyond the normal complaints that folks have on TW. I do carry a spare crankshaft position sensor with me due to the remoteness of where I take my truck weekly, no cell phones or tow truck...

I don't try to trash mine, but i don't come close to treating it like a baby. i had woods pin stripes on it 2 days after i bought it haha. i do 4x4 a reasonable amount although most of my mileage is from interstate and curvy rural roads. i've had speeding tickets waiting to be paid in the truck almost the entirety of my ownership. not that i'm driving wreckless, but i never go slow. most of it is night driving with few people on the road. the truck never really seems sluggish for a 4cyl unless the ac is on and i am going up a steep mountain. seems to enjoy getting revved out in the rpms.

3 weeks so far, 2k miles.

Oddly, I moved from a rwd sports car to this Tacoma, and have few complaints vis-a-vis any "standard" issues. It's a truck, and it drives like one.

My Off Road now 13 months old, just over 13K on the odo.
Had the Trip meter fail/replace T-SB done at 12K. Zero other problems. Just drive it and enjoy it.

A little over 25k, purchased Nov 2015. Other than the darn Entune resetting itself from time to time I have no complaints.
