    TL;DR:

    - drove 15 hrs and ate like shit yesterday
    - calories in v. calories out for weight loss/gain
    - keto is stupid
    - if you want creatine, you gotta supplement it
    - Memphis to too far of a drive for bbq

He went somewhere, ate lots of junk food, feels fat will starve next 2 days.

Tried a diet one time, would not try again.

but I did spend 25 min catching up on the last 15 pgs of this thread haha (yes I have nothing better to do and this was after spending about 1.5 hrs researching proper diameters for max effective gains from long tube headers and the difference in gains between 4-2-1's vs 4-1's. Not sure if headers are worth it on a 4.0 tacoma. gotta find out how much the engine can actually produce to see if the headers will unlock enough to justify the $500+) I have no life...until classes start back Monday

Too lazy to check your build, where did you get those tube doors?

Edit: Never mind, got extremely motivated, checked your build.

Well I finally got past the headache phase and now i feel fine. I started this to see if a low glycemic index diet will help lower my cholesterol. My father had a pretty bad heart attach at 58 so I am trying this as a last ditch before going on a statin. Not to mention I could stand to loss some fat. I am 6'3" 225 and i would like to get back to 200. I guess this really doesn't fall in the gym and fitness thread but I couldn't find anywhere else. But hopefully I can start working out again one day.

Macros? What's that? For real though: back up 2 pounds since getting back to school. I've been eating pretty healthy for the most part, besides McDonald's last night...

Got in 21 miles in 92 degrees this afternoon felt fan fucking amazing. New low weigh in today as well 216.6 so not as much as late which is good meaning starting to grow residual muscle back on my shoulder. Notice the first time today to my bitch titties are almost gone on the right side and full arm extension and completely gone. Hoping that means the next 16 lbs of fat will be from chest and stomach (pretty much all that's left) and I can finally start seeing what I'll look like once the excess skin is gone.

The bad was I was thinking this will be easy. Maybe 6 donuts have been ate and half the omelet and three pancakes. The struggle is so real.
