Um is the passenger wheel well liner in good shape? attached perfectly? If all else fails, remove passenger floor mat and carpet and have someone spray a hose until you see the issue.

In Taco related news, I cleaned the MAF sensor (looked like it was never cleaned, or not for a long while) and did a very minor cleaning of the TB. Since I have an '04, it's got the ETCS-i system, and I wasn't about to move the butterfly valve and mess anything up. So I just sprayed the shit out of it and wiped the inside edge of the TB. Got some grime out of there. If I decide I want to, am I able to remove the entire TB and safely clean it that way?

It could very well be placebo, or just the truck in a good mood, but I do seem to notice a minor increase in idle smoothness and rev matching seems mildly more responsive. All in all, it's peace of mind. Plugs and wires should be here this weekend. Gotta keep the old boy healthy.

I think a huge flaw in the "Products Discussed in the Thread" box at the bottom is you cannot see the context in which these products were referred to with. Maybe someone said, "I got these (http://amzn.to/2bbJFGl) from Amazon and they were the absolute worst thing I have ever bought. Do not buy!"
