I just bought some OME 885 coils to put onto my stock TRD struts along with two spacers, one which is 1/2inch for the driver side and another that is 1/4 inch for the passenger side. I was told by 4wheel offroad that it would not work and that I had to buy OME struts because OME coils don't work with other companies. Plus I was told that coils can't be mixed with spacers. Will this set up work?

    3" coil spring spacers , UCA's , Add a leaf
Why do people think their truck leans . I have OME 3885s and bilsteins 5100 and no leaning . I had a 2007 Tacoma lifted with coil over spacers and no lean ever . Sorry to ask but what do these people weigh that they think they need a bigger spacer on left side . I know the fuel tank is on that side but in the rear . I have OME with bilsteins 5100s and no problem fitting them together . What are you putting in the rear for a lift ?

20% Tint, OME 3"complete lift with Dakar's, Light Racing UCA's, 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers, 10 HP TW sticker, Ultraguage, B.A.M.F. Rock Sliders, MedicFab Bed Rack, Relentless front bumper, Air Flow Snorkel, Ham comms, Tech Deck
Those coils won't work with stock Bilstein (4600) struts. You need either 5100's or OME struts to run them. You can use the top plate spacer's with the OME struts but you will have the same size on both sides. You only need the trim packer on the driver's side.

    885's aren't going to provide much lift. That's a 2nd gen spring. 886-888 are for 3rd gens
