thanks paint. Yeah I want the best out there, I figure its a good investment.

Sounds like weather techs are the best but I am still open for input. Are the factory weather mats really bad, thats what it seems like.

    anyone else?

+1 for the huskey liner mats, three years and they save me a lot grief

keeps carpet clean and easy to wash

easisest thing to install besides the ignition key

The Weathertechs are the best. No question, the best coverage.

I have had both the Weathertechs, Husky's and a few others over the years.

Huskyliners. I am going on 6 years with mine, I bought them the second day I purchased the truck. Once a week I use windex and clean them, still look brand new. I removed the stock mats and my carpet looks like the day it rolled out of the dealer in 04'.

But the weathertechs don't cover the dead pedal over on the left there. But to each his own I guess.

i was looking at the weather techs website and it say something about them not fitting double cabs for 01's. Has anyone bought these for their double cab, especially an 01?

I would really appreciate your help.

I've had three different brands, nothing comes close to WT. I just bought front and rear for my 2010 DC, and they look as if they were poured into the floor board they fit so well. Also, they do cover the dead pedal on my 2010. I believe that only the WT website you have the option of how many retention hooks you need on your mat, I don't think you get that option on other websites, but I'm not for sure. Pay a little extra for the WeatherTech, you will not regret it!!!!

james your truck looks sweet! My only issue is that when you order the first gen floor liners you dont have the choice to choose double cab so im not sure if the liners for the regular cab and access cab will fit very well.
