That's one of the easiest, but also most helpful mods haha. I don't like having to get in my engine bay for anything because that usually means issue...but the hood struts are wonderful.

 

did you and @ChadsPride get the standard Dakar pack? I thought those were supposed to be 2.75" lift... I wonder if i'll have to take a leaf out (install hopefully next weekend)

I'm under the hood about once a week! (not for issues though...) thinking I should probably get in on the next GB for these

 

I highly recommend getting the struts, and yes I got the OME Dakar Leaf Pack. I thought they were rated at 3.75"? Idk haha. All I know is it gave me more than 3" of lift.

Well, there you go. Guess I was thinking the 2.75 was 3.75. Maybe as they settle that's what I'll come out to haha

 

My shell is heavy as shit, I should have left in the 2nd overload spring. But if you don't have a shell then I would for sure take out a spring.
