I had a friend suggest an app called sworkit for at home workouts on weekends when the uni gym is closed. I kinda laughed at the idea. It's just a series of body weight movements. I tried the core workout for 15 minutes last night and I am feeling it this morning and actually stopped early (I set it for 30 minutes). Rather impressed with how easy and effective it is. Going to try their strength workout today.

Hell yes! Freshman year I had the unlimited plan and took tupperware in there and loaded up...ate like a king. Sadly, that was before I even lifted :pout:

Man, I loved college! Being broke sucked, but it was so much fun. Law school....not so much

My lifts are waaaaaaay down. The only lift that suffered the least is my squat. I kinda wanna start bulking again.

Same here. And deadlift. Squat is usually pretty consistent. I did a few raw powerlifting meets and actually had someone ask me how my squat was the same as my deadlift. I don't know...because I'm not good at it??

My squat is slightly less than my dead but I've also just started focusing more on deads so I would anticipate that to change soon...
