Yea I rode a brand new 450 so that's what got me started on the idea. I know I definitely don't need one, and I'm supposed to be saving for the wedding, but I want one. Lol

Next weekend I'm going to a friend's property who has some quads. I could borrow one but it would be more fun to have my own. And later in the year we're supposed to go to another friends property.

One other problem is that the specs on the website say it's 48" wide, and my shed door is a 47" opening. So I might need to modify the doorway to make it bigger, or park the dual sport in the shed and try to find room for the quad in the garage.

Yea and I suppose I could always park it behind the shed and build a lean-to style roof over it if I really have too.

Just watch... Im not sure about those polaris quads but alot of the new 4 wheelers are belt driven... The 05 up honda rincon 680s are fuel injected and an all around great machine. My uncle has the fuel injected and my father and 2 other buddies have the 04 and down carb model... Ive also had a kawasaki bayou a raptor 660 and I am looking to eventually get a new fuel injected rincon

The rincon is drive shaft driven independent front and rear.

My buddy also has the polaris 800 xp or something like that...

It's shaft driven. And there's a video of it compared to a Honda rancher if you care.

Yea me too. That's one reason why I want to buy property in Vermont. Supposedly you can legally drive them if you get dot compliant tires/ lights/ windshield.

But that's like 20 grand plus, and I'm nowhere near ready to buy property.

Can't go wrong with Polaris. I've got two of the older oil-injected 2-stroke 400's. Awesome power-band.
Haven't taken them out since I started wheelin the truck though.

Hunter - are you getting the Indel TB51 or the ARB 51? That's what I think my priority purchase is going to be. Dealing with ice and coolers sucks.

Well it took me all day by myself, and Damn was it hot out. But I got the bushing and seal in and the 886s. Sitting much better and feels great on road. Phew glad that's over, I had trouble with every step, but learned a few tricks. Used a shop vac tube to tap seal in. Also could not get the axle back in, the snap ring was caught at the beginning of the splines. Put my hi lift handle on the end of the axle and hit it with a sledge, went right in....I figured out the easy way to do most of it after struggling on each step for an hour or so

Does anyone know why I would be getting a nice clicking/binding sound in reverse only on the driver side? And only when I have the wheel really close to full lock? Could it be that my alignment is making the CV bind?
