I don't have a lot of knowledge, when it comes to what is the right ride. I do know these springs are carrying the weight much better than the factories. I purposely took my test drive down roads with known bumps that I would previously avoid. I Won't be hunting for the sweet spot on the roads any more. This setup is just short of amazing.

I don't notice the front diving as much under heavy braking. That could be because I have just short of 2" more suspension. Regardless, I like.

Ive mentioned that I am not a wheeler. I need a better ride on the road more than I will ever need a decent ride in the trails.

If these sucked, they would be removed in a big hurry.

Well your input is appreciated all the same. How I make these decisions is basically I culminate an array of facts and opinions and see where my wants/needs lands among them. So thanks.

This is awesome. Should I ever own a house someday (hahaha yeah okay), I will definitely consider having one of these on site.

Don't be. Just do the math. If you are on this site and in this thread, there is a good chance you like to wrench. Most likely you will do repairs on your cars for your whole life.

The cost of a set of after market wheels and a set of tires is close to what these lifts cost. The tires wheels will be good for 5 years. The lift will be used your whole life.

    Easy math.

I forget to mention, the original Bilseins had only 8k on them! They sucked right from the get go.

Wow yeah I just looked at price on a few, and they are quite a bit less than I expected. I guess the issue would be that not a single garage I've ever personally been in would be tall enough.

That should work. As long as there aren't any leaks. I had a similar setup, except that I used a hard line from a tundra to connect the two lines andnavigate a corner so the hoses wouldn't get damaged. Plus, it saves you some money.

The only thing I would check for is to make sure there isn't a lot of slack when connecting the two hoses. When I first did it, the original return line was running too close to the pulleys and fan for my comfort, so I trimmed the new hose a bit so it took some slack out of that.

Finally found a passenger side mirror off of an 02 to match the drivers side i found last week. The side mirrors and center console have made a huge difference in driveability for my 99. Next will be some seats from a 4runner sport hopefully or another option if i come across a better idea.

I had an awesome time this weekend camping.........Then i decided to explore a little and and i found a really bad ass camp ground and reservoir at the top. Now for the bad news at the top of a Gnarly 6 mile pure hell road with huge rocks i was averaging 2.8-4mph in low 4x4 in either 1st or 2nd gear! I broke both my lower traction arms off completely they were dragging on the ground. 1 shock got bent. my rear leaf springs went totally flat and twisted and broke the arms off then it bent the overload springs!!! And then finally as i left the road all rigged together as best i could almost home the rear end starts sounding like a vacuum cleaner and then 18 miles later BANG the rear diff just grenaded. The whole truck had just been re-geared to 4:88 at 100795 miles It lasted 18 months and only 10,000 miles.

here i removed the tie down and you can see the arm hanging down.
