    Hi Guys,

I'd like to do a few small mods like heated seats and the turn signal mirrors. Can anyone tell me for certain if the truck is already pre-wired for these additions?

    What other things are pre-wired?

    Thanks in advance!

If you have a overhead console it is prewired for a auto dim mirror (put one in mine). I don't know about the other.:notsure:

I just found that out too...I literally just emailed Bob regarding getting one. Which did you get?

You will just have to run the temperature sensor to the front of your truck (i wish i would have gotten it with temp also).

Neither mirrors or heated seats. Only part of harness is there.

Most of the wiring is there for the seats. I believe from the switch blanks to the fuse block, but nothing after. I didn't get far enough into it to see if the seats were wired, but I bet they are.

Thanks, looks like I'll have to start ripping apart the interior.

Not sure about other peoples experiences, but I have a 2015 TRD OR. The power was in the headliner for the Homelink mirror and the doors WERE wired for the turn signals and it was plug and play with the ProEfx mirrors. I had to pull the wires for mirror heat, but that was pretty painless with the harness/switch/relay from the guy on here.

I use them because they're the flip up towing mirrors, and they are the best solution I've found out there. My camper is 8' wide and I can see. I tried some of the "as-seen-on-tv"clip on mirrors and they suck.

I have Katzkin's and the dealer farmed it out to a shop that did the wiring. I'm not sure where they got the power (?), haven't taken that part of the dash apart yet, but they didn't use an add-a-fuse in the fusebox for them and the wiring under the seats looks professional. Somebody else may know if there's pre-wiring for the electric seats.
