    You'll love them. For the whoops that I have hit, and the bumps did their job, it was a nice soft landing. I'm very pleased with them thus far.

    Is it pointless to install these with stock suspension?

    No. These are a very nice upgrade over the rock hard factory rubber bricks. Worth the cost, IMO.

    Okay cool thanks. I didn't know if they were only beneficial with upgraded suspension.

    So I got them in, and it seems like the truck will be riding on them... should I just wait until I lift it?

    Will probably be easier to install when you will have everything apart.
    That is my plan.

    Can be installed at any time. Only prerequisite is to get the wheel and tire out of the way. No other disassembly of suspension parts required. Hardest part is cracking the stock units loose; I used a pipe wrench.

    This is good advice.

    Removing the wheel isn't mandatory though... I initially installed them with the wheel on, only because i didn't want to do too much work. I did have to cut down the supplied 8mm hex key and use a small crescent wrench to install. I used 16" slip groove pliers to remove the factory bumps.

    I just got done adding some shims, 1/4";

    The spacers have completely solved my rubbing issue.

    I used a 3/8 drive socket hex so if you have one of those sitting around it'll work as well. May need a small extension if the bit isn't long enough.

    I took it out to the sand dunes over the weekend and the superbumps did their job very well. What used to feel like smashing into a rock now gets absorbed into the bump stops. I did hit some of those dunes a bit harder than I should have.

    What did you use for spacers?

    I'm curious as well. I'm also curious if these will work with factory bumps, but I haven't looked at my own yet to see

    I'm pretty sure those are spacers from wheelers. I just bought some myself for the rear.image.jpg

    @Dalandser

    Yes. UHMW Thermoplastic. Wheelers sells them. They are very well constructed. Very happy with mine.

    Thanks. It's good to know that they are an adjustable part. There's going to be a set on my truck in the near future. :thumbsup: Have a good day!

Wanted to add a spacer in there,put it in a vice used pb blaster....I can not for the life of me get these loose... I guess I'll take it to work and have one of the guys see if they can loosen them up:D
