Do those have the misalignment tabs?

no, misalignments are specific to the shock and can be reused as you replace the uniball. If they are rusted use a little WD40 and a scotch brite pad and clean them up. There should be no reason to replace them unless they are deformed

For All-pro leaf packs are the product numbers supposed to be the same or is one for left and the other for right?

I did this job last year or so. Super easy. Pull the alignment spacers out of the sphericals. Pull the snap ring, use a socket and pound it out witg a dead blow.

Mine were bad. This was with about 30k on the coil overs .

Hey quick question. Guys running lots of lift in the rear did you have to drop the carrier bearing? I got this weird clunky sound when I launch the truck from a stand still. Started after I did shackle flip and dakars.

I did. Dropped mine about an inch and a half and just used longer bolts. Seemed to help a little, but I still get minor vibes between 5-12 mph. Not too bad unless I try to launch the truck hard, but in that case I'll just ease into the power until it get to 10mph before putting my foot to the floor

I don't see how that helps answer the guys question? He already knew what it was called, but he needs the part number so he can replace it. This is something that a king "dealer" should know... good thing I know what I'm talking about and we actually stock the products that people need.

Thanks guys. Im glad its noticed that we are trying very hard to establish and be a place with great service that can compete in this market. I do my best to try to help everyone. Im learning more and more every day. I recognize that with places like DSM, Wheelers, SDHQ and all the others already having established accounts its tough to compete.

Ill be the first to admit if I cannot get something or do not know the answer. But I will find that answer one way or another. Ive had many personal conversations with some of you in the last month or so. You can all agree that all ive ever asked is to give me a shot at your business. In the end its your decision and if you can get a better price somewhere, go for it. I can only do so much to compete.

As for Mr Beeler and Mr Tubbs its only inevitable that we catch some heat from some of the bigger established businesses. Thats fine, I feel that we can reach certain markets and others we will never touch. I respect both of their businesses and will gladly point customers to them if they can be of more service to the customer.

Avid has been in business 8 years and we are trying very hard to get beyond sliders and bumper guards. We are moving into carrying products and offering full solutions to local and remote customers. Currently our locals have a place to come get work done and pay a great price for that work and be happy.

The new relationship with Total Chaos is great and they are super happy to work with us. We also have access to most of the direct replacement stuff from Fox and OME along with accessories and lighting solutions from small to large budgets. There are some areas that we still need to fill in and we are working at it.

Anyways, back to the safe place. Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Got a shitload of wire wheel time in today. Cleaned up wiped down, primed, and top coated! Looks better than it did when it first got welded on. Glad to get this pain in the ass project out the way before winter.

:facepalm:and calm down about this spherical thing. People can choose where to get info and parts from, good or bad. This is the internet and America :oldglory:
