Also has anyone found a pre workout that's similar to Dr. Jekyll in performance? I work out at night so I try to avoid too many stims, and it's by far the best low-caffeine pre workout that I've tried. The fact that it gets recalled every two weeks is a little annoying though.

No didn't die. When I got home last night I weighed.......... 245# walking around with almost 30lbs of food, liquid, etc. it was absolutely the worst feeling I've had in a while. Woke up this morning at 10:30 latest I've woken up in a long time felt like shit. About 45 min later weighed in at 224 so 8 lbs holing on not too bad. Started mowing the yard and finally got it done. Now meal prepping for the week back to basics.

what's hilarious was last night when I submitted my myfitnesspal it said if everyday was like today in 5 weeks id be 310lbs

Honestly this could probably be caused by any number of things but it does seem like it's harder to concentrate the day after taking it. There are a couple of other little things but again, it's hard to say for sure that's what's causing it.

Nope, they're made by the same company obviously but Dr. Jekyll is 100 mg of caffeine compared to around 500 in Mr. Hyde.

Oh nice - I figured there had to be a Jekyll since they made Hyde. I've only had Hyde so I can't comment on Jekyll but I have used True Athlete Training Formula which only had like 50mg caffeine and I liked it a lot. I've only ever seen it as Vitamin Shoppe...

Yeah if there was any way I could work out in the morning, I'd be taking Hyde. From what I've heard it's pretty insane. I'll look into the True Athlete Training Formula though thanks. The last stuff I tried was that Performix Ion and I threw the tub away after three days. It was terrible

I ran through 2 tubs of Mr Hyde... 2 scoops at a shot. No buzz. My body has to be just wrecked on stims. Slam that shit when you're cutting weight becuase you don't have any energy otherwise.

I'm still working on the tub @Kerleyfries sent me using about 1/2 to 3/4 a scoop. The latest I've used it is 5:00 and I didn't sleep that night...Normally I go at 8:30am and I'm fine at night but won't make that mistake again using it late...

I've cut my caffeine down to just a thermos of coffee in the morning and what's in the Dr. Jekyll...i think 500 mg would hit me like a train. I already have enough trouble sleeping as it is lol. I might pick some up to use on the weekends though

As long as I got a lift in I could take 2 scoops at 7 and be asleep by 10 (Normal situation actually).

I have never had much trouble sleeping and my body has always been resistant to caffeine and stimulants in general.

Gotta hand it to that sworkit app. Did a 30 minute "strength" session and I had sweat dripping before I was halfway through. Followed up with a 12.5 minute full body stretch.

Can't wait to hit the weights in the morn though.

Hopefully I can stay where I am as far as being fat goes. I just figured that I don't have the willpower to get to single digits and I always stall out at around 12-14% anyway, so I might as well stop getting weaker and start back getting bigger and stronger. #dadbod4lyfe

I think when I get cleared in 5 weeks I'm gonna order some Jekyll to mix with my Hyde and see where shit goes. Hopefully they make corresponding flavors

Also in other news have any of you tried cauliflower rice or cauliflower Mac and cheese? Made both tonight and pretty damn tasty I must say.
