Guys, not sure what to bring for the pot luck. Right now we have some meat, chips and dip, and hot dogs.

    Suggestions?

You could always bring more carne asada or rack of ribs. There is going to be over 30 people there so I'm sure each person's pot luck item will not feed the whole crowd. I signed up to bring hot dogs for the kids. If those that are bringing kids would rather I bring something more substantial like carne asada or ribs, please let me know.

I usually eat my asada with corn tortillas, if that's how the majority also eat them, I can bring the tortillas and some salsa.

Well I'm always good with carne asada.

Maybe we can get coordinated and bring enough of what's needed to have a serious taco party

I can buy a Costco sized thing of Asada as well. I'm bringing a grill too, but it's just a mini camp sized one, but I'll have it. Maybe can cook the hot dogs or smaller stuff on it.

Well for tacos we'd need meat, pico de gallo, tortillas, and maybe extras like cheese, cilantro, onions, salsa.

Does anyone know catering? Like how much would be needed to feed 30 people?

Also bringing a Coleman 2-burner camping stove. I'll probably use it to warm up all the tortillas.

There are a bunch of atv rental stores that usually sell them for around $15 right at the entrance to dunes as well as a couple vendors that are out in the actual dunes that sell them as well

Just updated the list on the OP, @sdsurfer, @stvstoy, @uhplifted, check it to make sure I recorded you for the right things.
@MADSTEEZE not sure if are or aren't bringing more carne asada, not saying you should or shouldnt just not 100% clear on your comment . Also any suggestions on how to coordinate this further? All I can think of is keep tagging people, maybe start a group PM?
