Im more of a worrier after that brake caliper deal lol... Did you take apart your suspension to get the cv out of the way or did you get a wrench in there? Think its a 19mm right?

i jacked the front up off the ground, put a 2x4 under each wheel flat and then set it down to where they just touch it so its on the ground. then loosen the two 19mm spindle bolts enough to get a 5/16 12 point in there. Then torque to 100. Re torque the two lower spindle bolts and go on your way, real easy.

Made an appointment yesterday to finally clear up my rats nest of a wiring job under the hood. sPod with overhead switches in the garage door remote area. Im not doing it because A) I absolutely hate wiring of any kind, and B) my shop thats done stuff for me before are absolute pro's at wiring.
Also thinking more and more about rear facing dust lights after my last trip out, some kind of amber strobe for people to be able to see me better. I've had friends say that they can't see me at all because the dust is so thick..
    http://www.xpriteusa.com/xprite-38-...hicle-weather-proof-strobe-light-bar-kit.html
I'd have a separate controller for this as it has 16 different strobe patterns. Pretty cool I think.

    Also this: https://www.rlbstore.com/store/?model_number=RLB36-3A
I like this because I can have one switch going to the white LED's for reverse lights, and one switch to the amber strobes. Not sure if i'd use the brake/turn signal lights though. I know its for UTV's but I assume it would work

What do you guys think? I'd probably mount it on the last cross bar of my Prinsu. Looking at it my tent ladder comes to that height exactly so I think it will be visible enough.

I'd only use them on dirt roads with dust so that others behind me can see where Im at haha. Like this last trip Mark had a single amber LED on his swing out, Dakota said he could see it but no other part of his truck. Just safety in my opinion

I agree that it could be useful and I've actually considered getting something like that a couple times. Instead I just keep getting to fix things.

Do you actually need a strobe or can you just get Amber led bars?

Strobe is cooler.. Haha superbrightLED.com has an 18" bar with an amber strobe in the middle and white on the outside. That's an option too
