Welcome, John. Not sure what you're looking for but would advise NOT to have high hopes for anything less than $3000 a month (for a place with 3 bed, 2 bath, over 1200 sq ft).

Anyone work at or know someone works at a car audio place. Looking for materials for my truck like mass loaded vinyl and closed cell foam sheets.

So, coming to Oahu for the first time on Sunday from AZ. It's our anniversary, but don't have anything planned for Sunday night because we figure we might be jet lagged. Staying 8 days total.

Anyways, is Sunset Beach what people make it out to be? Figure we could drive up there and watch the sunset or something, maybe find some dinner along the way.

You don't have to go to sunset to watch the sunset. any beach on the north shore gives a good view of the sunset. instead, go book a luau at Germans luau. that way, you can catch the sunset, have dinner and watch a Polynesian show.

 

Any one have a hook up on wet okole seaat cover set?

WOW you have expensive taste! My mortgage is 2400 for 3bd, 2.5bath, 2 car garage, 1175ft2... And i dont rent it, i own it... If you plan to stay awhile @John taco i would just buy a house... That is guaranteed return on investment... With the housing market set up the way it is here, its guaranteed return on investment PLUS interest if you sell in just one year... LOL! Just trying to do a bit of expectation management. Wife and I had high hopes but had to settle, and at a higher cost than what we had initially budgeted for.

 

Most def understood! I was there and i ended up settling as well... I wanted single family house with garage AND less than 3k a month... PSH! My next vote was that town house is ok as long as it has full enclosed garage... The AOAO's here are so dumb! We have AOAO's that are subs of district associations.. And the house rules are retarded! BUT... with my full enclosed garage i get to tell the AOAO they can eat bags because i can do whatever i want in my garage (with the door closed) haha
