    "YOU FUCKING IDIOT. This is a 3rd gen. It doesn't have those silly problems that second gens had! It is far superior in every way. That is why I have this clunk that I can't identify."

    Lol I will have to try it :bananadead:

    Anybody ever done a water crossing and had their windshield wipers come on by themselves? I wasn't even in that deep of water at Azusa and my wipers came on. As soon as I got out of the river they turned off. Anything I should be concerned about? It happened every time I hit water.

    Maybe the 4Runner has auto wipers? I've never had a rig with auto wipers haha.

    Haha I had video but it was on my IG story so it erased... At first I thought they only happened on my last river crossing. The water came up over my sliders so I thought I was just too deep and it freaked out the electronics. But watching my story, I was in shallow water and it still did it.

    Where did you get your tires? Some places will replace even it's sidewall damage. I think Spencer pays a 50 dollar deductible at Walmart (I think it's Walmart) for replacements. He wants to get away from the Goodyear MTRs but the replacement deal makes it hard to justify dropping a grand plus on new tires. At 1-2 replacements per year it's better to just pay the deductible.

    Americas Tire has a great deal where for 20 or 30 bucks per tire they'll replace it any number of times it needs if you get a flat or have irreparable damage to one. Saved me alot of money back when I had low profile tires on my last car. I didn't get it for my ko2s though because they're practically indestructible (knock on wood)

    I bought them from Discount Tire's Ebay store. Not sure if discount tire does any replacement program like that. I did not purchase the replacement certificate, but still may be able to.

    Worth a shot to inquire with them. I've heard great things about their eBay store but always wondered about their replacement policy. I know they giv good deals though. Keep us posted and best of luck.

    Thanks, Will do.
    They give you a 30 day window to purchase the tire replacement program. Got them less that 30 days ago. Not sure if they'll let me seeing as the tire is already damaged.

    Just gonna bite the bullet and buy a new one if I have to. Its a bummer but gotta pay to play sometimes I guess.

    Very powerful and sound advice indeed by Danny. Always get the cert. You just never know whats going to happen. Tires are pricey and even E rated tires are no match for something like a rail road spike puncturing your shoes. I've seen it happen. Awesome piece of rock rash to your wheel btw. Every trip out is another bit of experience for ya. Hope to see ya again soon, homie.

    @YotaGurlIAm @eccracer104 ,

    Per Jason Watson: 6 bolts hold onto your 1st gen bed. 2 front, 2 middle, 2 rear and easy to get to. :thumbsup:

    I was just thinking, if you guys aren't able to find 6 bolts on the bed maybe it's because the short bed has less bolts than the "long" bed on our 1st gens? Maybe :notsure:

    The rear two are very easy to find, would have to be blind not to see them. But never adjusted or removed a bed before so figured it was best to ask first. I'm at work, so not looking at the truck again until I'm home.

    Anytime. He texted me that he hasn't dropped a 1st gen bed in a while and he's away from his truck at the moment but he's 99% positive there's 6 bolts and surely easy to access. Hope you get that squeak silenced. Good luck!
