I believe you saw me post about it way back in the thread, but to my knowledge no one had it actually working yet. I've been following the thread since the beginning, and especially this key for a while. If so and I missed it then awesome for whoever else got it done, would have saved me a lot of work.

Well then, if that was you, then you beat yourself to that post. All I remember is that someone had bought the Lexus credit card keys and was working on getting them to work. Way to stick with it. The link to that thread should get added to the "2016 Tips and Tricks" thread. Nice!

Husky only had Weatherbeaters available when I bought mine. I bought a Floorliner brand for wifes suv and Weathertechs for in laws. My Husky liners are a better fit and easier care than the others I bought.

My dealership close by declined to work on it. the other one was much too far. The alignment was so bad when I finished I was pretty much riding on the side wall. I took it to the closest place that "installed lift kits". Hindsight is 20/20.

Finally installed my Fold-a-Cover G4 today.
Took me about an hour. I'm very happy with it.

It was easier than I anticipated. The only mistake I made was trimming out the bottom piece of the skinny black grill. The recovery bar actually rests on top of it with no issues and its difficult to get the cuts lined up. If you need them, I can take pictures showing you what I'm talking about.

I ran one on my 4Runner years ago and never had an issue. You'd have to be driving in water up to the intake in order to suck any in

ccallen - what tires do you have on your beautiful blue machine? Also - is that a mountain bike bedside I see? Do you have a close-up on that decal? And where did you buy it from? Thanks!

We had heavy rain today and ran through several deep puddles. Several times water washed across my hood. Did not get in the intake. It does have a foam seal around the area that meets the hood as well as the actual hood seals. Now my LT1 Z28's had the K & N intake tubes under the headlights. I couldn't go through 3" of water with those cars.

@MrSmithsTaco did you get things straightened around ? I have heard a few stories like this and it makes me consider just leaving my truck stock and not doing any type of lift ... hope you get the alignment straightened around

I live in Chesapeake. When are the 2017's supposed to start arriving here. I had to go to Maryland to get mine new years. Selection was slim and slow arriving here. I still have not seen another RWD Access Cab Sport in the area.

    Removed all seat bolts
20160815_200110.jpg 20160815_200115.jpg Remove all of the seat bolts. Elongate the holes for the pins that are right behind the front seat bolts, this needs to be done foreward and not very far. Add three of these washers under each front seat support at the bolt hole and reinstall the bolts. A quarter inch may not seem like much but it makes a noticeable difference and is much more comfortable.
