good evening miss susan! how are you today? getting hammered with rain again rt now but did get the garden weeded and tilled and mowed the back yard today

yeah it's horrible We were lucky last year with our flood - rained, flooded, water gone. didn't hang around

 

well im hitting the bed. gotta get up at 3am and to make things even better is to have my wife take me in. yep,no truck yet.
she's mad enough right now- i.m just going to bed. hope tomorrow is better but why do i feel it wont be.

Afternoon everyone !!

Nice and warm right now with it at 108° , afternoon breeze picking up making it feel not as hot as it actually is

 

Come on down, here is the final product. Little problem with the recipe, it was in celcius, was cooking for 2 1/2 hours before the wife asked is that correct? We upped the temp, cooked too long but it still tasted great, though the pork was a little too cooked. Stay tuned for the next attempt, now that I am up the learning curve!

yeah, things went sideways that Saturday. My wife ended up in Va Beach, I had granite counter tops being installed that turned into an all day affair, and had to take the dog to the vet for vomiting uncontrollably. Sorry I missed it but was a victim of circumstance
