Fly to AZ, buy at 500 over invoice or better, save thousands. Drive new truck back.

 

Pretty sure it's just 2 configs only, DC A/T & DC M/T. No long bed or extended cab. No moonroof either.

whoooo. that's hard core. Deiseal engines do seem to dominate the truck shootouts.

 

edit: still a GM product My friend works for their software company...he'd be proud!

 

Test drove one the other night. Definitely a different league of vehicle. The power is unreal then there are plenty of aftermarket ways to really turn them loose

sorry, but I really loved my Tacoma at first...then issues started to dominate my love for the truck.

 

PS: I'm only on here lately to see my Tacoma's WeatherTech floormats sell...then I'll delete my account and not "taunt" anymore. Promise.

I did my tsb update at southbay toyota in Gardena, CA. South bay is my local dealer.
However I did do get my low atf fluid at orange checked. It was a quart low!

 

So it appears nobody here pays anything close to MSRP for their cars/trucks lol.

I assume you all pay more than invoice though yes? Is there a thread outlining what people are actually paying for these trucks?

 

What dealer? I might have to as all the New England dealers laugh at anyone who tries to not pay MSRP

 

I got almost 2k below msrp when I ordered my 2017.

 

I was pretty shocked to learn this as well, after visiting multiple dealers where I was told no one marks down Tacomas. Toyota never offers incentives on it because of the popularity. And then I found TacomaWorld, where apparently everyone is a top notch negotiator.

Of course this gave me the confidence I needed to visit more dealers and talk the talk on a 2017 order. I ended up signing an agreement for $500 over invoice after a bit of legwork. Deals do happen. Waiting on my build date now

One thing not everyone mentions is the unsuccessful negotiating haha. I talked to 3 dealers before settling on a good deal.
