What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I went with the CBI's and love em. They were easy to install. The ones that you showed that were mounted to the hood (?) would concern me if I ever wanted to change out to a larger light.

 

Dan, you have my condolences and I will keep a good thought for both you and your father. My hopes are that the fond memories of your loved lost will always bring a smile to your face.

so sorry to hear about your mother mine has also been going through health issues for the last year and to compound things won't do all she needs to do to help herself which has lead to us having a poor relationship. may god bless your mother and your family during these hard times and may you find some peace

The grille is from customcargrills.com. I glued it to the stock chrome bezel with amazing car goop from Autozone. I sanded the chrome off the stock bezel then primed, painted, and finished with a high gloss clear coat. All from automotivetouchup.com

 

Not a major mod, but after having my kayak stolen and my garage shed broken into (oh..los angeles..why do you sting me so) i did a little mod today to block the rear sliding window from opening. Just a thin piece of steel tubing 11.5" long , wrapped in some gorilla tape with tabs on the end for installing/removing. Fits nicely in the channel to the left of the sliding window.

A bit OFF TOPIC, but I apologize in advance. So I was in WV this weekend, to visit my bro in law. I didn't take the Taco, took the CX7 for the long drive.

I have to say I saw some nice Tacos on the way down and on the way up, as well as one or two nice one in town as well. I was in Hurrica/Teays Valley if anyone on here is from there.

Saw a nice one on i81 on Thursday evening, at around 7pm or so at a rest stop. It was black, with TRD beadlock wheels and looked like it had a bit of a lift. Wanted to go say what's up and nice rig but had my little son with me so couldn't. Had NY plates, chrome grille surround.
