Transmission TSB

JUST HAD THE TRANSMISSION ENHANCMENT UPGRADE. WELL HERE IS WHAT I NOTICE. THE CRUSE CONTROL WORKS MUCH BETTER AND ISNT ALL OVER THE RPM RANGE. TRANS SEEMS TO DOWNSHIFT SMOOTHER WHEN COMING TO A STOP. FIRST START IN THE MORNING SHIFT STILL HAS A DELAY. MAY BE NORMAL. OVERALL IMPROVMENT. 50% BETTER.

Generally it makes it a bit more responsive, shifts up after cresting hills, and eliminates the shift delay in the mornings. Otherwise, it still downshifts at the slightest breeze or hill on the highway.

Ill get us back on topic,

Just had the tsb done. I was there from 8:30-11:30. I also had the 10k mile service done and had them fix my rear sliding window. Drove about 30 miles home from dealer mixed city and highway. Noticeable difference, placebo or not. On the highway, cruise control is like it is on my other cars. Merging onto highway and starting from stoplights I noticed it was easier since it didnt upshift too soon. There was a slight difference in how it shifted from P-r and r-d. We will see

 

Before the TSB my ride felt like this.
