I just ordered some yellow Lamin-X covers for mine this morning.
Are most people using yellow bulbs? I was planning on using the stock fog light bulbs.

You can use stock bulbs or yellow .. it's a personal preference. I have a SR5 and it takes the H16 (19W) fog lamp bulbs instead of the H11 (55W) that are in the TRD OR
I went with a yellow bulb as IMO it looked better and matched my DRL better

Before my headlight retrofit I stuck with the stock fog bulbs but swapped the drl bulb for a more yellowish bulb. Actually gave the bowls more of a yellow appearance than Amber. I still have the yellow bulbs but tinted the stock bowls with the metal cast and it gave it almost an amber appearance now.... Weird! But fogs I would like to find a quality yellow bulb to swap into my fogs so definitely looking for suggestions. They shine kinda yellow but nothing crazy.image.jpgimage.jpg

I searched high and low for a "good" pair of reasonably priced yellow bulbs for my fogs. I ended up getting a set of nokya's and a set of optilux by hella. I installed the nokyas couple months ago and theyve been great so far. Cant speak for the optilux yet but once the nokyas burn out ill be replacing with those to see which last longer

OK, thanks to all who suggested LaminX. I ordered the yellow films. If I don't like them, no problem getting back to stock.

Yellow fog lenses look great. Personally, I have some PIAA Ion Plasma Yellows in my stock lamps...so my lenses are clear.

Yes, yes they would. On a BMW ///M3 or something, maybe, but not an entry-level truck.

Since you are messing with the foglights, I thought I'd just leave this here for your consideration. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-ultimate-foglight-upgrade-not-led-or-hid.435419/
