Different Colour Cap / Canopy

Do any of you have a different coloured cap on your truck? I have a black taco and am looking at purchasing a white canopy (used) for it.
Do you think it would look dumb? If you have a pic of yours, that would be great. No luck finding any as of yet. Thanks.

I just purchased a black Snugtop canopy about 2 weeks ago now. I own a silver double cab. After I got it home I made a call to my local Maaco paint shop. Dropped off the canopy and my tailgate (scratched with a moving dolly the day before picking up the canopy). Anyway, they had the canopy 2 days. Color matched my silver Taco great. Back on the truck and happy as a clam. This is the second time I have done this. I had a 02 Ford Supercrew (dark blue) and bought a white canopy. Again, paint matched perfectly. Savings on the Snugtop 650.00 purchase price + 250.00 to paint. New price on this particular canopy would have been 2000.00 + tax = 2200.00. So 900 bucks is a dang good price.
As to your question about white on black, yeah it wouldn't look great. Just my thoughts. Ken
