I guess I don't fault the dealers for trying to sell it higher, and if the idiots keep buying them at that price, they have no incentive to lower prices. I just wonder how they've sold 2+million vehicles.

Koons are douches anyways, they lure you in with a sweet discount and then screw you on trade or make something up. I found a truck I wanted at the right price with them, they were running a 125% of kbb trade in special on trade in's, I showed my sales guy and he then said my 15 didnt qualify for some reason.

OP come down to Richmond or Hampton Roads to scout around for a truck. In my 50 mile radius I have 5 different dealers, more if I include Richmond at 100 miles. I'm sure one or two of ours will have a couple of Pros by October.

No I don't work for a dealer, I just live in a target rich environment.

Easy peasy. There are 2+ million of the idiots you referenced. PT Barnum knew there was a lot of potential, just not how much.

I purchased a 2015 from Koons because they had a huge selection and we're offering 125% on your trade-in. They offered me $16K on my 2010 DC OR. Car ax offered me $20K. By my math Koons will pay you 75% for your trade-in. Bunch of shysters.

I bought my 15 at koons cause none of the other dealers in the dc/nova/md/wv area would commit (internet sales stuff) to a price even close to theirs. Of course I told them I had an 09 to trade in when in reality I had a freshly cut cashiers check from the insurance total on said 09 lol. The sales guy was nice enuff but the next guy up was a real piece of work as well as their finance dept. they tried to destroy me with the financing and when I told em I was tired and hungry and pissed from the day's traveling and their bullshit they kept throwing new numbers at me and practically locked me in the office. I slept on it and they finally came thru with a decent interest rate. And then the attempted warranty upsell lol

Bottom line I feel I got a decent deal (compared to what others have bragged they paid otd) but their staff is a bunch of high pressure assholes.
