i have actually been going out more lately, nothing super crazy but my truck rolled 40k so to celebrate i put 160 miles on an and to estimate 80-100 of them were dirt miles.

 

That sucks balls. My work commute is 5 miles round trip at 630 am in Gilbert. I never have to deal with traffic.

 

i love the vegetation up here. favorite type i could I've in.

 

I absolutely hated moving down from up north. That's why I prefer all my camping up there.

 

I enjoyed living in Flag very much but its retired part of the year and college the rest of it. I lived on the outskirts and it was tough to find women in my age group. Im sure it would've been better if I was walking distance to the downtown area

 

Did you live in east flag? That's about the only place that isn't walking distance to downtown, but there was bars out east too.

 

South of the 17 on Lake Mary across from the Mobile and the DIY car wash.

 

Ohhh. You weren't too far away from nau, but a bit away from downtown.

 

I made friends with my apartments maintenance guy. He was close to my age but things got crazy after he Gf claimed he hit her and when the cops came he barricaded himself in his apartment. This also happened to be where he had a few giant plants for his grow op.

I do miss me some Crystle Creek Sammich CO but I dont miss drunk Navajos at the Walmarts.

 

Can someone suggest a camping spot or spots that are on Mount Lemmon. I am going camping up there this weekend and I don't know of any spots. The last time I was on the mountain was when I was a kid. Thanks!

Yeah my commute is 2.5 miles each way, I think I hit two stop lights total? If it takes me longer than 10m to get to work something is wroooooooooong.

 

Been catching up on emails since 7am... 28 more to go. Taking time off from works is fun until you have to come back.

 

If I'm not mistaken, the only free camping spots are in Mt. Bigelow
