Too poor to list anything interesting.
That's barely 1lb of fat. I wouldn't see much difference.

Just start bulking now imo and get a head start. I don't think making your deficit even bigger is gonna do you any good. I think cutting should be taken slow and you gotta give your body time to lose fat. You already fucked up enough this year. Maybe next year eh? I'd start increasing my cals slowly until I'm at a comfortable surplus.

DO IT! I have played for 15 years. It is much more fun to play than football, and that's a fact.

In other news got one of the trainers at the gym after much persuading to hold the weight of the bar for me and got into the incline station and just went through the motions. Get really tight in the chest near pectoralis major and my anterior delt but nothing some stretching won't cure over the next few weeks.

Nice! I'm taking crim pro, civ pro, and property this year. Property is the field I plan on practicing in, so I love it so far (1 class in lol)

Luckily, I'm in a small town that has 2 real gyms and 1 crossfit gym, so even at peak hours, it's not that bad except for around the new year.

I've never been a morning person. I wake up at 7:15 and am at work at 8 and people at work know to not even talk to me until 9am lol. Morning workouts would kill me during the semester because I'm not getting home until around 10:30 and I usually go to bed around 11am anyway. I'm a bitch lol.

    ^^^this

Damn niqqa, when do you work lol?

Yeah, I know it'd be negligible and I'd gain it back in a week...I was hoping for more of a response like, "Do it, bro. That's a sure-fire way to get an 8 pack!"

If I can get to 187 I'll be happy. My goal was 185, so I'd call it a semi successful cut lol. I just need to accept the fact that I don't have the weekend discipline to ever get a 6 pack :pout:

I've got Crim Pro, Remedies, Corporations and National Security (basically the intersection of international and constitutional law - with my school being in DC, there are a ton of classes geared towards government work).

Property was a fun class, well, as fun as a law school class can be. My teacher was a wacko but smart as fuck.

But...I don't wanna. I just wanna do legs, man. Is that too much to ask????

Numbers don't matter. As long as they're goin up.

I've got a couple friends that play that have been trying to get me to play for Over a year now. I don't think I can run enough for that.
