Last time I heard was mid September when it will be available. There was a prototype d2s 4.0 in closeout section. Not sure if it was sold or not

Does anyone know of a quality strobe module? I'm thinking that I could add a strobe circuit to all the white/amber LEDs but it would have to be rated for the full current since I don't think you can strobe a relay.

Edit: I think I found the one I want from Whelen for like $60. It is rated for 5A/60W on 4 channels.

Okay sorry it took so long, I have been hampered by a knee surgery so everything takes alot longer than I think.

That's the color change halo set on red. It's hard to see during the day.

Ok guys I'm having alot of trouble....

I had a driver go bad and had TRS send me 3 so far and none of them work. Passenger side, drivers side still functions fine. I have confirmed the passenger side halo is still working by unplugging the drivers side halo driver and using jumpers to run to the passenger side. The passenger side halo DOES TURN ON WHEN I DO THIS.

I have ran all three drivers directly to the battery and plug them into the halo and nothing happens. That halos are getting power as I tested it with a test light.

Idk what to do.... did they change there drivers? My halos are AMBER ONLY. I now have them rigged up on xchange drivers so they turn off when the headlights are on. They both worked fine when I did this. The x change driver I had rigged with using the halo driver that had a black and red on one end, then a black, yellow and white on the other. The black yellow and white matched up with the xchange driver wires. TRS has only sent me drivers with red and black on both sides.....they said it will still work with the xchange....I don't see how though.

I have a problem. There seems to be a film on the inside of one of my lights. I already have it apart and normal glass cleaner won't get rid of the film. I'm thinking it may have been caused by the plastic shroud getting really hot during the summer, similar to the film that can form on the inside of your windshield when the interior has a lot of super hot days. Only difference is, I can't get it off the lens. Any suggestions? Wet sanding perhaps? I surely don't want to make it worse than it already is...

Let me guess, you either used spray paint or some silicon to seal your headlights? And the film is somewhere towards the top right?

I wouldn't even touch the inside lens without distilled water and a high quality microfiber rag. Anything else, you can scratch it.

I sealed with retro rubber and then a layer of silicone around the outside. The haze is right in the middle of the lens. It's actually the clearest around the sides

Interesting. Maybe the shrouds or spray paint on the shrouds. Happens when it gets hot outside and paint starts gassing.

I think that's exactly what it is. I've tried glass cleaner and micro fiber and it won't come off at all

Edit: Do you think I should use the toothpaste method?

I was told to never touch the insides. If you really really really have to, distilled water and a quality microfiber rag. I'm not sure about the toothpaste method, only seen it work on outer lens.... I don't want you to mess up your hard work!
