So when I did my tundra break mod I used stainless lines and a hard line. I think the lines are an extended length but when you use the hard line as well you get alot of extra line. Will this hurt anything?

ebay or not, it looks good. The only things I'd be concerned with are peeling and shrinking. Peeling usually isn't an issue if you properly cleaned the surface beforehand, though sometimes it seems unavoidable. But low quality materials will often result in slight shrinking. You'll notice it by a gradual appearance of what looks like a border around the stickers. It's adhesive that's gathered dirt. It's left behind when the stickers shrink. I've never seen stickers shrink more than maybe 2mm, 3 at most, but fairly often with ebay stickers.

Enough of my rambling. It looks good. Nice color choice against that green.
I've thought about doing the same sometime.

"Specialized" plates like I have, "In God We Trust", have fewer numbers. The standard is six characters: XXX XXX.

It seemed like a decent quality vinyl. I cleaned the surface to remove all wax first. I also applied them with windex to work every bubble out. They are on there really well. I am 99% satisfied with my application.
Worst case: I get a year out of them and then have to spend another $10 to replace them.

I've yet to give wet application a try, but on larger stickers like those, I would definitely have recommended it. Good choice. Never heard of Windex being used before, but if it worked then cool. Credit-carding stickers out of a surface that bit would be a nightmare.

A lot of the time, you can't tell from looking at it if the materials used are of low quality. Well I mean unless it's that weird clear vinyl. That's almost a guaranteed shrinker. But now that I think about it, I've only ever seen shrinking with printed stickers. Those letters are cut vinyl, so I have no reason to believe they'll shrink or peel

Cut vinyl decals DO NOT adhere at all with windex under them. It makes it nice to work bubbles out.

On the subject of decals, I had some Honda logo decals on my accord wheels. The decals were made by the little kiosk in the mall. They lasted 3 Utah winters/summers including all the pressure washing that came with it. When I sold the wheels, the decals lifted in one piece. Nice, pliable vinyl. They would have gone on much much longer. I am inclined to think those little kiosks use decent vinyl.

Very nice! I am always impressed at how long this stuff can last. I haven't had any of my stickers on yet (longest is about 7 months) but I have no worry about them coming off any time soon. And to see those on wheels not having a problem is encouraging. Those wheels looks nice, by the way.

How imperative is it that I use different types of grease for the various zerk fittings? Looking at a FSM, it shows this:

    -.jpg

I have NLGI no.2 lithium on hand. According to this, I will need 4 different types of grease. Well 3 for the drive shaft parts. I've never read about our wheel bearings having zerks. But still, 3 types of grease is absurd.

Thanks! Yeah, I loved them and got great compliments on that car. I thought the Honda "H" was a nice touch compared the the generic center cap they came with. Google "Konig Zero-in" if you are curious.

Oh I do like the H better than whatever logo Konig uses. It just looks too...I don't know. Too much in that scene, I guess. The H is a step up indeed.

Seems you're not alone. I'm reading a bunch of guys on here use that stuff. If experience says it's safe to use on all the zerk fittings, I'll jump right on it.
