    Agreed. Another question is if above ground fire pits are ok, or charcoals for a dutch oven, etc. I have a dutch oven I can bring- but we would need to be able to use charcoal.

    can very every day depending on fire dangers...most of the time in the moab area, camp fires are not an issue. but check with the counties, blm office and/or forest ranger district in which you will be visiting for the current status thank you @NYCO
