265/75/16 duratrac with Fox 2.5 set at 2" with SPC UCA's up front and Dakar leaf pack (3rd leaf removed) with Fox 2.0 RR in back. There's about 250lbs of gear in the bed, along with the weight of the shell.

265/75/16 Duratrac "C". 3" front lift via 885X + 1/2" spacers. 2" Deavers AAL in rear. VERY satisfied with the results. One of these days I'll get some pictures while we're off road! I'm usually too wound up to stop and take a picture!

Soon.....I want to have a tire worth selling when I take off the Duratracs. They're still in fantastic shape, very little wear with almost 25,000 miles on 'em. I get my bonus from work in late Jan/early Feb. That'll go for tires and sliders this year. (Went for suspension last year) Looking at a few possibilities. Maybe 255/85/16 KM2's, OR, 285/75/16 KM2's, Duratracs, or Mastercraft MXT (Made by Cooper) I'm actually leaning towards the Mastercraft's at the moment. It'll be hard to move away from the Duratracs though....They've done well on and off road, wear really good, and the gas mileage is excellent (23mpg on a recent 440 mile highway trip)

285 Duratracs are HEAVY, and they are BIG. They are NOT the "same tire" as the 265 load range C. The 285 Mastercraft is almost 1/2" shorter and the section width is 3/8" narrower. They fit better. It's also 8 lbs lighter than the Duratrac.

Made 'em myself! I cut them out of 1/2" thick sheet poly. I've made dozens and have them on several trucks I've lifted for friends.

It won't be available in a 16".....which is what I'm currently running. I have a second set of wheels I may use....And they're 16"'s also (Steelies off FJ Landcruiser)

The spacers do go on top of the "top hat" (top of strut)

I make my own spacers.....Cut 'em out of 1/2" sheet poly. The stock length bolts work with up to 3/4" worth of spacers. I have 1/2" on passenger side and a 1/2" and 1/4" on drivers side. Stock bolts......
