    It's a never ending $100-$200 a week thing & still going.
Yes the ram mount works, just make sure you get the "a" mount. I believe it is 3/4" and the standard ball mount is 1".

A little further to the right so when the sun visor is down you can still see it. Took a few days before the mount sticky stuck to the dots but it hasn't fallen off since.

I manged to stuff all the wires into the headliner and a-pillar so I didn't have to disassemble anything to do the install.

Oil change, cabin filter, and cleaned and oiled my air filter.

Had it at the dealer for the oil change as I am heading on vacation this weekend and just wanted it done quickly and they are close by, they wanted to charge me $68 for a cabin filter, I laughed at the guy and paid $12 for one at auto zone on my way home, at least they were honest with me and said I should clean my air filter (K&N) and that I didn't need a new one.

They also asked for my wheel lock to inspect my brakes, told him to go for it but they were replaced 4500 miles ago.

The icing on the cake was when he told me they would inspect my leaf springs for the recall, I kindly informed them that they were replaced at this same dealership two weeks ago with the frame, he was very confused, guess they didn't have that in the system. Was the same service adviser I dealt with when I picked my truck up two weeks ago.

As long as it works for ya in that location that's what counts. Mines up in the left hand corner and between the sunshade and visor the gauge is hidden when parked.image.jpg

Didn't even think about the sun visor... DOH! :frusty:

Might have to put it in the same spot as you because of the sun visor like jstanley pointed out.

Very badass. 35s for wheeling? I think when I get half way through this trucks payments I want to search for a 1st Gen 4x4 and put 35s on it for wheeling. Its that or a jeep, ugh.
