Same here, I had a full kit for a while but ended up getting rid of it when I moved to San Diego back in the day. I'd be down for paintball day if there's one close. Last time I played for some sponsor thing with my Dad and the rentals were soooo shitty lol

Yeah rentals suck. I just bought some new gear. Started playing competitively again this year. After a 12 year hiatus.

 

Nice! I had a buddy that played in D2 (i think thats what he called it or w/e) and his gear and guns were ridiculous! Put my truck mod spending to shame lol!

Blake's baller hitch mounted spring compressor. Definitely the only way to fly when it comes to compressing springs!!!

 

So.. fun night guys.
About two weeks ago, the passenger front wheel started clunking. So I jacked it up, wiggled the wheel side to side, and there is some play. Tried wiggling up and down, but no play in that axis so I figure it's the tie rod. Earlier last week I took the truck to the dealership for the leaf spring TSB inspection, and asked if the mechanic could confirm my suspension, which he did. He also recommend I replace the entire steering rack too....
Anyway, today get in the truck to come home from work and the clunk suddenly jumped from a 3/10 to a 6/10, kinda freaking as it was super sudden. having bought the parts a few days ago, I swapped out the outer tie rods this evening. BUT, clunking is still there! So now I think its the inner tie rod Bummer.

So, anyone want to come over Sunday and help me replace the inner tie rods? I'll get some pizza and a six pack for anyone who wants to help.

And the SUPER AWESOME thing that happened was this:

The asshats at America Tire in Goleta way overtightened the lug nuts on the driver's side, and the passenger was way under torqued. One was so bad I couldn't get it off without just shearing the lug. Thank goodness it was just a lug on the spacer and not on the hub! But I'm pretty pissed about it though...

 

4 beers and a shot of whiskey, still irritated.....fuck that lazy asshat who took MY goddamn money. I take my ass to work day in and day out. I'll get my money back....it's the goddamn principle.
