    Yeah the bars really surprised me. I thought they would be low quality but I've been happy with mine. They come with amber lens covers so you can put those in if you want. I have them in the flood sections along the side.

    The pods are almost as much as rigid, but still cheaper. I'm debating on what I'm going to do for the pods. Part of me wants to get street legal pods from Rigid and laminate them amber.

    Ughhhh the transmission shop is telling me that my truck probably won't be done until they are about to close which is 6pm

    I might have to stick to my original plan of leaving tomorrow morning after all.

    @Thesandaddict @uhplifted I'll keep you guys posted

    Thanks! My fear is that they're going to tell me they need to finish it tomorrow or something. They assured me yesterday they could do it today though, but they've already pushed it further back than they said they were going to. Fingers crossed...

    Should've just held off on this until next week but since my throwout bearing is bad I didn't want to risk having it crap out on me entirely at Pismo. Oh well it's out of my hands now :fingerscrossed:

    True, trying to keep the silver lining in view. Worst case scenario they can't finish it until tomorrow morning I can still head up there as soon as it's done and wheel all afternoon/evening and some of Sunday

    I've committed to some work now and going to meet Oscar and his lady and a few other up in Monrovia foe a few beers at Pacific Plate to talk about a future trip.

    Going next weekend if I can find someone to go with.
    I don't want to go ride alone.

    To Pismo? I think the following weekend myself, @MADSTEEZE and whoever else wants to go are going to hit up Big Bear on Sunday if you wanted to come out with us.

    Pacific plate? I swear I thought I was the only one that knew of that place! I love that horchata brew they have, and I think it's the black widow (stout or ipa, can't remember)

    15+ trucks....I'd say at least a 100'x50' spot? Overkill? How crowded is it?
