    I'm back.

Front diff exploded. Pinion nut came off and well..boom. Carnage was impressive of the diff. Trail surgery was also intense.

Motor runs like dog shit still. Burns oil too.

Have a lot of photos and stuff to deal with. But I'm loading up Igor and headed back to the local mountains.

    I know right! Lol

I was happy once I figured out that it wasn't the gears that blew. Just the one fucking nut. Means they were set fine.

But still. Sucks. The damage to the carrier is intense.

    Arb locker time!

Did you use a solid spacer or a crush sleeve? Also isn't that a stake nut? Curious how it could have loosened.

You can't kill Frankenstein, hence the name...

Sorry you're having so many issues with the boost there Monte. Good luck getting your truck back together!

How many miles are on your motor? Boost puts a ton of stress on the "old" parts when added down the road. My 240 didn't care for it much either till I rebuilt the motor

Solid all the way man. And yes it is a stake nut. Haven't taken the flange off yet as the nut is still inside it. It is curious. Too busy till Monday to look though.

Blew a tire. Red Heads alternator died too.

Well my OD isn't accurate anymore and says 130k. So anywhere from 125-135k given my tire setups in the past.

130k is nothing man. Gotta be something else. You can build a boost leak tester for 5$. Gonna be making one soon. Was the map I sent you similar to the one that was already on your truck?

Yea will spend the week on it. Your map was similar. But the timing was different. Didn't make any difference though.

Going to do a compresion check and boost leak check. Install that check valve too

Can't remember, you did a compression check beforehand?
130k is quite a bit to throw boost on for an engine that hasn't ever seen it.
