    I bought an aeropress too. Kinda nice you get a little crema, even tho it's barely any pressure. Chemex is for weekend breakfasts with the lady. Daily is just a single pour-over. Not a big fan of light roasts. Thick and dark, like my ladies.

    I'm just stoked La Colombe is opening in LA. By far, the best coffee I've had. Tho I may be biased because I'm from Philly originally. Even compared to Blue Bottle, Intelligensia, Stumptown, Bar 9.

    Ya, aeropress is just easy in the morning and I don't have to pay attention. I do the same with thr chemex, it's just a weekend brewer, same with the French press. I keep my clever dripper at work and bring beans in daily for my mid morning cup.

    My buddy owns Hidden House Coffee Roasters. Honestly, the best coffee I've ever had.
    Currently has 3 coffee houses in So Cal: San Juan Capistrano, Lake Forest, and Costa Mesa. He is opening his 4th location hopefully soon in Santa Ana. Just across from his Santa Ana location will be his first Gastro Pub called Knife & Glass, featuring a beer garden.
    Will keep all posted when this happens, we could do a TW meet or a cars(trucks) & coffee sometime.
